- Successfully complete interim contract for tea manufacturer and distributor.
- Management, recruiting, training and development of finance staff.
- Training of finance and non-finance staff on all modules of Sage 200.
- Implement new EDI interfaces with major retailers, e.g. Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose for integration into Sage 200 (invoices and remittances).
- Manage relationships with banks and commercial finance entities.
- Effective credit control and cash flow management.
- Develop improved monthly management accounts pack for all entities.
- Develop new sales analysis models to enable accurate margin measurement for products, customers, channels and SKUs.
- Financial Planning and Analysis – Develop annual plan and forecast processes with data integration from Sage 200.
- Resolve Sage 200 implementation issues, inaccurate stock & BOM records and cleansing of AP and AR records.
- Reconcile and verify all PL & BS accounts between Sage 200, internal and external accounts.
- Complete and review statutory accounts for all entities.
