This case study relates to a very well-known brand with exceptional growth, doubling turnover year-on-year. Their Sage 50 accounting system was failing on daily basis and unable to provide information and controls necessary in such an expanding organisation.

• We implemented SAP Business One after analysing the business requirements. Workshops were held for system design and configuration. Data was reconciled and cleansed, then migrated to SAP. System went live within 3 months. Post go-live support was provided as well as training and report development.
• Management accounts were improved and linked to SAP system.
• Improved cash flow model designed to interface with SAP, bank accounts and commercial finance (invoice discounting) accounts.
• Resolved previous year audit recommendations and co-ordinated external and ratchet-year audits, resulting in clean audits.
