We speak your language

We pride ourselves in the ability to speak your language instead of getting you to speak our language. You have probably heard “consultants’ language” before – the use of certain jargon or the promise that certain miraculous tools can be replicated into your business to provide all the answers. The above can be categorised as advisers or consultants attempting to get you to speak their language. It is imperative for any adviser or consultant to understand your business.

Keep in mind that no external adviser, irrespective of their impressive portfolio or track record, has exposure to the specific characteristics of your business. They are not familiar with the development path which brought you to where you are today. There may be similarities to what they have experienced before, but if they fail to speak your language and understand the intricacies of your business, the best tools or advice won’t have the desired impact for improvement. Simply because those tools or advice won’t be appropriate for your business.

This is how we do it

We will provide a free consultation session to ensure we fully understand your business requirements. You may even have reasonably straightforward requirements, e.g. with bookkeeping, VAT returns, tax returns or any other accounting work. We will still provide you with a free consultation session in order to discuss your specific requirements and to determine the appropriate solution. We have never and will never attempt to apply a “one size fits all” approach.
