Group Management Accounting and IT functions – FMCG manufacture, wholesale and retail.  Operations included 10 retail stores and 3 manufacturing plants across South Africa.

• Design & develop management information system after acquisition from EVGA Greece.
• Develop forecasting and annual budget process for all South African operations which included manufacture and distribution of chilled and ambient product.
• Control cost and pricing for all products manufactured, imported and exported.
• Design and implement standard and job costing systems in group entities.
• Design and implement Bills of Material and MRP systems for manufacturing plants.
• Implement ERP system for group.
• Assist Operations Director with diligence reviews and M&A strategies.
• Control all inventory for group.
