• Produce monthly operational and business overview, measuring financial and operational KPIs.
• Analyse and approve BOMs and routings for products to maintain accuracy of costing system.
• Control business trip management and expense approval for divisions.
• Accounts payable management and control.
• Compile quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, including consolidations of entities.
• SAP R3 v4.6 configuration and implementation in steel and petro-chemical divisions, training and support of finance and non-finance staff.
• Improve accuracy of profit analysis in SAP through enhanced report development.
• Supervise 7 direct reports.
• Effective cash flow management through tight controls in marginal industry.
